The opening of the Ukrainian Cultural Center is a significant event in the lives of Ukrainians living in Karlsruhe.
The war brought about 3,000 people to this small German town, and for someone who has lost everything in a moment, there is an extremely important place where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of home for a moment, communicate in your native language and To be able to share joy or experiences.
And for us Ukrainian singers it was extremely valuable to sing for our compatriots. It’s always exciting, but when they saw tears in their eyes, they felt that the song can touch the secret chords of the soul and thanks to it they can unite their minds and hearts with Ukraine.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who participated in the organization of the Ukrainian Cultural Center, to those who, despite the difficulties, with great love and perseverance created a place that opened its doors to Ukrainians.
